Your information and your enquiry.
This notice explains how trip requests sent through this site are handled.
Who receives your trip request
This site is run by a professional team that has been hosting international visitors in China for more than 10 years. When you send the trip request form, our team receives your request and gets back to you. Bookings and payments are not taken on this website.
To arrange an itinerary and quote, our team may share your request with one of the partner travel agencies we have hand-picked, which may then contact you directly and is responsible for the arrangements it offers. The partner agency is not fixed in advance; it depends on your request.
What is passed on
The answers you give in the form: where you are travelling from, where in China you would like to go, the number of travellers, your approximate budget and your email address, plus any WhatsApp number, name, dates and notes you add. It also includes the page of this site you came from and the time the request was saved.
This website runs on Cloudflare. When you send the form, your request is stored in a Cloudflare database (we request an Asia-Pacific location, which Cloudflare does not guarantee) and is deleted automatically 12 months after it is received.
Our team receives requests as messages in Feishu, a workplace messaging service. Feishu stores the personal information it handles on servers in mainland China. If switched on, an email delivery service also carries the request to our team’s mailbox. These services are run by outside companies, so a copy of your request is processed and stored on their servers.
Your choices
Ticking the agreement box only allows our team, and a partner travel agency if needed, to contact you about this request. It is not a newsletter or marketing sign-up. You can read all travel content without completing a form.
You can ask for your request to be deleted. Email the privacy contact below and quote your request reference.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for 12 months after we receive it, then delete it.
